- You will gather requirements and define product features in partnership with stakeholders.
- You will prioritize features and enhancements based on business needs and customer input.
- You will guide the development, testing, and deployment of data products.
- You will monitor performance, user feedback, and compliance to ensure continual improvement and adherence to standards.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Highly developed SQL skills and experience with Python and reporting technologies (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- An understanding of data governance and master data management and their role in data integrity and mastered data products.
- Demonstrated Product Management ability including utilizing an agile framework to lead a team in the delivery of data products.
- Excellent leadership skills including alignment with BOKF core values. Proven ability to manage priorities across business units and lines of authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills used across all levels of an organization. Ability to build strong business and team partnerships is essential.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting and managing projects with business leaders, including financial acumen.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; must be able to independently solve complex problems and identify solutions.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with strong aptitude to collect and analyze complex problems that include interrelationships and dependencies in order to formulate effective solutions
- Experience developing joint solutions and/or completing data integrations with external partners
- Proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities and make judgment calls based on objective information
