Come join our team as a Associate Operations Specialist supporting commercial energy efficiency programs in Oklahoma. The Associate Operations Specialist role provides support for field-based staff, a network of Trade Allies, and other program participants. You will work as part of ICF’s Commercial and Industrial energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed.
The Associate Operations Specialist interfaces with manufacturers, retailers, Trade Allies, customers, engineers & consultants, and reviews project application forms and submittals to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What you will be doing:
- Provide support for field-based staff and a network of participating Trade Allies
- Maintain ongoing communications with participating contractors, customers, and consultants.
- Address, resolve, or escalate customer and contractor questions related to program participation as needed.
- Review and process project application forms and submittals.
- Review technical specifications, calculations, and cost estimates for energy efficiency projects.
- Analyze technical specifications, calculations, and cost estimates for energy efficiency projects.
- Assist technical teams in upholding QA/QC standards and program guidelines.
- Perform energy savings calculations for prescriptive energy efficiency measures and upload records into program database.
- Process program incentive payments per established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with or follow up on program quality control activities such as inspections and customer surveys as appropriate.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and +1 years of experience working in energy efficiency or demand response programs; or consulting projects for utilities, state energy offices, state/local governments, and/or regional non-profits, or related work experience.
- Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

COMPENSATION
Although the posted range below is broader, this position is anticipated to offer a base salary in the $58,000–$62,000 range.
Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$50,364.00 - $85,618.00
