As a key member of the Student Affairs team, the Assistant Director serves as a central resource for students, faculty, staff, and university partners, helping to ensure that students receive exceptional support throughout their academic journey. From admission through graduation, this position contributes to initiatives that promote student engagement, success, and satisfaction while supporting strategic priorities across the College. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment that blends student support, program coordination, communications, event planning, and operational management. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, building strong relationships, and creating positive outcomes for students and colleagues alike. Experience working with student information systems, interpreting academic policies, managing student-facing communications, and supporting complex administrative processes will be valuable in this role. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate a collaborative and evolving environment are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about higher education and student success and who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
