- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to optimize supply levels and minimize waste.
- Assist in conducting regular quality assessments and tastings to ensure beverage quality and consistency.
- Provide hands-on support during service hours, maintaining a strong presence on the floor to monitor service standards and address guest feedback.
