DESCRIPTION
This role is the execution engine of the Strategic Programs portfolio. The administrator will own the day-to-day operations that directly impact carrier cost savings, disadvantaged supplier spend goals, and network growth — translating program strategy into tangible carrier outcomes across four pillars: Cost, Liquidity, Network Growth, and Carrier Experience.
Key job responsibilities
Deals & Discounts Program Execution
- Support the execution of promotional strategies by coordinating check-ins with vendor partners, tracking promotion timelines, and ensuring end-to-end implementation across relevant systems and channels
- Conduct outreach to prospective vendor leads to support pipeline development and expansion of the D&D portfolio
- Execute vendor agreement workflows through contract execution platforms (Contract Central) and internal approval tools, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate vendor data sharing processes, including the preparation and distribution of carrier accounts to and from vendor partners, in accordance with data governance standards
- Collect and consolidate vendor performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis into standardized reporting formats for leadership review
- Administer account management processes that enable carriers to access liquidity and financial support programs, including troubleshooting account issues and facilitating timely resolutions
Program Administration
- Administer KYC (Know Your Carrier) system for disadvantaged-owned business certification tracking
- Manage certification issue dates, expiration dates, and renewal workflows
- Support reporting automation for carrier certification metrics to identify trends and enable targeted campaigns
- Coordinate data deep dives, prime prep, and certification verification processes
- Support global expansion coordination (EU RSP, UK guardrails, cross-regional alignment)
- Facilitate carrier engagement initiatives (Project S.O.A.R., WBENC conference coordination, carrier information sessions)
Content Management & Marketing
- Create, update, and maintain program landing pages and digital content using internal content management systems, ensuring all carrier-facing information is accurate, current, and accessible
- Manage landing page translation requests for new and updated content to ensure program materials are available across all supported languages and markets
- Execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness and adoption of D&D offerings, partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and deploy campaigns aligned with program strategy
- Prepare and distribute the program newsletter on a regular cadence, curating content that highlights new vendor offers, program updates, and resources relevant to Relay carriers
Carrier & Vendor Engagement
- Serve as a shared point of contact for carrier communications, responding to inbound inquiries and routing escalations appropriately
- Support the planning and execution of the Relay Roadway vendor roadmap series, coordinating logistics and materials
- Maintain vendor partner relationship cadence (weekly/monthly check-ins per partner SLA)
- Coordinate carrier information sessions and engagement events
Reporting & Program Operations
- Maintain and update program dashboards, ensuring KPIs are current and accurately reflect program health across all four pillars
- Monitor program operations to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across internal and external stakeholder groups
- Track program-level financial metrics including carrier spend, vendor performance, and cost savings attribution

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with SQL

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
