Located in Garfield Park, the child/adolescent partial hospitalization program (PHP) is designed for school-age children who may benefit from therapeutic behavioral health services but do not need 24-hour monitoring and adolescents ages 12 through 17 who struggle with a behavioral health disorder or mental health issues but are stable enough to live at home during treatment.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager (LCPC/LCSW) to oversee our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical leadership skills, extensive experience in mental health and behavioral health services, and a passion for guiding clinical teams. This role involves managing daily operations, supervising clinical staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering high-quality patient care within a dynamic treatment environment.

Requirements:
Education: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or any Human Health related field required.
Experience: 3+ years of experience working within an inpatient psychiatric hospital with children and adolescents. Prior experience with utilizing crisis intervention verbal and physical techniques. Experience conducting group therapy sessions, performing vital signs and documenting nursing progress notes. Experience Supervising a staff of at least 4 employees or more.
Licensure/Certification: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or eligible strongly preferred.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
