Overview
As the Director, Product Management, you will lead product strategy and execution for Reporting & Measurement within Epsilon's Campaign Diversity team. Reporting to the VP of Campaign Diversity, you will lead the evolution of Epsilon's reporting and measurement capabilities so campaign results are faster, easier to understand, and better aligned with the third-party environments clients already use to judge performance. This role will focus on near-real-time reporting, self-service dashboards, third-party measurement integrations, and the productization of KPI, evidence, and source-of-truth logic across internal and client-facing workflows.
This role will play a key part in shaping the future of Epsilon's performance layer. Success will require translating the needs of internal operators, agencies, clients, and commercial collaborators into a clear product strategy. This strategy reduces reporting friction, strengthens measurement credibility, and improves Epsilon's performance in independent measurement environments. You will define priorities and coordinate collaborators. You will lead product development to improve reporting speed, consistency of important metrics, and confidence in the signals used for optimization and performance review.
This is a highly strategic role that requires a resourceful product leader with strong judgment, organizational savvy, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills. You will have a proven track record of driving product strategy and disciplined execution, with the ability to move confidently between long-term capability planning and the practical realities of improving workflows that teams rely on every day.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the vision and set the strategic direction for Epsilon's reporting and measurement capabilities, improving how campaigns are optimized, reported, and evaluated across internal and client-facing workflows.
- Modernize and accelerate reporting so campaign performance is available in near real-time, easier to understand, and more actionable for clients and internal teams.
- Build and improve self-service reporting experiences that reduce manual effort, increase transparency, and make campaign performance easier to interpret and act on.
- Lead third-party measurement integrations and related reporting workflows, so Epsilon performs more credibly in independent lift, attribution, ad server, and partner measurement environments.
- Define and standardize critical metric, evidence, and source-of-truth logic across fragmented reporting workflows, reducing repeated custom work while preserving flexibility for different client needs.
- Simplify the highest-friction reporting and post-flight delivery workflows by reducing reliance on tickets, spreadsheets, and manual reconciliation across multiple systems.
- Lead and drive the product lifecycle from strategy, design, and launch through continuous improvement, working closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Define product requirements and roadmaps, including feasibility, effort, financial impact, and strategic value, with clear sequencing across reporting workflows, important metric logic, and external measurement support.
- Ensure the Marketing team is aligned with Product strategy on market positioning, product realization, training programs, and product management work products.
- Research and offer recommendations to keep the Product organization on a path of continuous improvement while defining and managing KPIs across reporting speed, manual effort reduction, measurement alignment, and product adoption.
Qualifications
- Ability to comfortably span business management, client and commercial engagement, product design and development, and the technical details underpinning reporting and measurement systems. Must be able to lead product vision and strategy while also driving the day-to-day work required to improve the products that teams rely on.
- Deep industry knowledge of digital advertising reporting and measurement, including benchmark frameworks, attribution models, third-party measurement environments, and source-of-truth complexity.
- A minimum of 7 years in a Product role focused on reporting, measurement, attribution, analytics, or related AdTech and MarTech products.
- Experience building and scaling reporting, dashboarding, analytics, or measurement products that support both internal operators and client-facing use cases.
- Proven ability to simplify manual, fragmented workflows into scalable, productized experiences through strong strategy and disciplined execution.
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to interdisciplinary thinking - ability to work across teams focused on strategy, technology, data, analytics, operations, and design in service to new product solutions.
- Experience working with third-party measurement systems, reporting environments, or attribution frameworks, and an understanding of how product capabilities must align to perform credibly within them.
- Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills.
- Proven experience influencing business or marketing strategy through the application and management of competitive information, market awareness, and product positioning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams including technical, operational, analytical, and marketing resources.
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative.
- BA/BS degree. Advanced degree and/or MBA desirable.
