Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for Plant Cognition offerings.
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities through customer discovery, competitive analysis, and Voice of Customer (VOC) activities.
- Develop business cases and investment priorities that support growth, recurring revenue, and customer adoption. Drive commercialization strategies and ensure successful launch of new digital offerings.
Product & Software Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of software and digital solutions from ideation through commercialization and retirement.
- Partner closely with software engineering teams to define product requirements, technical priorities, and release plans.
- Translate customer and business requirements into product epics, user stories, and backlog priorities.
