The ideal candidate has deep experience running mission-critical, high-availability transaction-processing systems in payments or financial services, a track record of building platforms designed for products not yet imagined rather than re-architecting around today's requirements, and the organizational maturity to partner closely with peer domain owners, product, and risk/compliance stakeholders during a major platform migration and cutover.
