Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Experience supporting commercial construction projects
- Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Experience assisting with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, clients, architects, and internal teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of construction safety standards and jobsite procedures
- Detail-oriented approach to project execution and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset
