Position Mission/Summary
In this position, you will manage strategic projects within the Product Rules organization. This high-impact role involves leading complex, high-visibility initiatives that require significant resources, carry moderate risk, and deliver value to our matrix partners through a variety of channels.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, innovative, proficient in change management and a strategic thinker. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial to promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

- Technology- Demonstrate your technological prowess through fluency in essential tools such as Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and/or Quickbase.
- Minimum 7+ years’ work experience in project or program management, product management, operations; IT experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Aetna Quoting Center (AQC) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) applications.
- PMP Certification
- Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
