Mid Level Project Coordinator Jobs

Role Overview:

This position is responsible for handling a variety of duties and responsibilities involved in the coordination of installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Responsible to coordinate customer installation tasks and resources to ensure installations are completed on-time, on-budget, and to a high-level of client satisfaction.
• Ability to negotiate with various technicians to bid installations at or below budget.
• Responsible for communicating with customers and technicians to track and manage the progress and/or problems for each installation.
• Responsible to update internal systems in a timely fashion to ensure pertinent information is captured for future access.
• Ability to work with Sales, Service and other departments professionally to ensure customer satisfaction as it relates to the installation process.
• Responsible to provide reports in a timely fashion.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 5 years of customer service experience, or equivalent experience.
• Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and proficient in MS applications.

Work Requirements:

Position is considered sedentary and requires extended periods of telephone and PC exposure. Must have ability to interact professionally with varying personalities and all levels within the organization.
