Qualifications & Requirements:
- Develop and maintain design and construction schedules for construction projects using Primavera P6 and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Analyze schedules, identify risks, and collaborate with engineers, construction managers, and teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate project data in PPM and the Project Tracking System (PTS), including phases, status, and turnover information.
- Prepare schedule reports, weekly Workload Reports, and ad hoc analyses; support project reviews and follow-up activities.
- Support Capital Improvement Projects through RFC, Bid & Award, Construction, and Closeout.
- Require 3+ years of scheduling/business administration experience in design and/or construction and a bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field.
- Require hands-on Primavera P6 expertise, Excel Pivot Table proficiency, WBS proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
