McNeil Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Project Engineer to join our high-end custom home team. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of Omaha’s most distinctive luxury residential projects, collaborating with homeowners, designers, subcontractors, and construction professionals from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate has a passion for residential construction, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage project documentation, estimating, procurement, and field coordination in a fast-paced design-build environment.
