Position Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Project Manager to join our production team. This role is critical to ensuring our roofing projects are executed with precision, professionalism, and efficiency. As a Project Advisor, you’ll be the link between project planning and on-site execution — supporting crews, monitoring job progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Review approved builds to understand project specs, materials, and timelines
- Serve as the on-site point of contact during construction
- Coordinate with crews, dumpster providers, and delivery teams as needed
- Monitor CompanyCam to document progress and ensure real-time updates
- Communicate with the Production Coordinator and homeowners regarding scheduling and job status
- Ensure job sites remain clean and compliant with safety and quality standards
- Report any project issues or delays to the Production Manager for resolution
- Assist with final walkthroughs and quality checks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
