Focus your search on Cincinnati's healthcare systems, consumer goods companies, and engineering and construction firms, which consistently post project management coordinator openings. Roles cluster downtown, in Blue Ash, and along the I-71 corridor. Candidates who can show experience with project lifecycle tools, cross-functional coordination, and clear status reporting tend to stand out. Which companies hire project management coordinators in Cincinnati?

Cincinnati's mix of Fortune 500 consumer brands, regional health networks, and mid-size engineering firms means openings appear across a wide range of employer sizes and sectors.
Are there remote project management coordinator jobs in Cincinnati?
Yes, though availability depends on the role: coordinator positions tied to on-site construction, manufacturing, or clinical operations are typically in-person, while those supporting software, marketing, or administrative programs are far more remote-friendly. About 4% of project management coordinator openings tied to Cincinnati are remote or hybrid as of July 2026. The most remote-compatible work tends to involve scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication rather than hands-on project oversight.
How can I get a project management coordinator job in Cincinnati with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Cincinnati is targeting administrative coordinator or project assistant roles at regional healthcare systems, engineering firms, or consumer goods companies, where project management functions are often embedded in broader operations teams. Procter and Gamble, Cincinnati Children's, and mid-size construction and infrastructure firms regularly hire entry-level candidates who demonstrate strong organizational skills. Earning a CAPM certification or completing a Google Project Management Certificate strengthens any application and signals commitment that compensates for a shorter work history.
