Overview

Rent Saint Louis (RSL) is looking for a motivated, dependable, and entrepreneurial-minded active, licensed real estate agent currently residing in the St. Louis area to partner with our growing Property Management team.

This is a partnership opportunity for an agent interested in expanding their real estate business through property management, leasing operations, and client coordination while working alongside an established and growing team.

IMPORTANT: This is a commission-based position. There is NO hourly pay, fixed salary, or guaranteed hourly compensation. Compensation is based on completed transactions and applicable commission arrangements.

We are looking for someone who is interested in building a long-term working relationship and contributing to the growth of our property management operations.

Specific responsibilities, workflows, and commission arrangements will be discussed directly with the RSL team during the interview process.

Responsibilities

The Property Manager / Leasing Agent will assist with day-to-day leasing activities, property management support, and communication with clients, tenants, and prospects.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the RSL team with leasing operations.
• Support property management-related activities.
• Coordinate with the team regarding leasing and property management needs.
• Conduct property showings and tours.
• Assist in preparing property management agreements and related paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with prospective tenants, existing tenants, property owners, and clients.
• Handle leasing inquiries, follow-ups, and tenant coordination.
• Help identify potential property owners and opportunities for business growth.

What We're Looking For

• Must hold an active real estate license.
• Must currently reside in the St. Louis, Missouri area.
• Previous property management or leasing experience is a plus.
• Motivated, self-driven, and entrepreneurial-minded.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional, dependable, and responsive.
• Comfortable meeting clients, conducting property showings, and coordinating with tenants and owners.
• Able to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus.

Compensation

• Commission-based opportunity.
• No hourly pay or fixed salary.
• Commission arrangements and earning opportunities will be discussed during the interview.
