We are seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of 140 apartment units. We are looking for an organized, self-motivated professional who enjoys working with residents, solving problems, and maintaining high standards throughout our communities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a multi-family residential portfolio.
- Conduct apartment tours and lease available units.
- Process rental applications, lease agreements, and renewals.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents by providing exceptional customer service.
- Collect rent and manage delinquent accounts.
- Coordinate maintenance requests with staff and outside vendors.
- Perform move-in and move-out inspections.
- Market vacant apartments through online listings.
- Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
- Monitor property appearance and ensure common areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Supervise and manage on-site staff, including a housekeeper and a maintenance technician, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Qualifications
- Previous property management, leasing, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and property management software.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
