Property Manager – Multifamily Property Management - Northbend

We are hiring a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily apartment community, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, rent collections, marketing, and compliance. This position plays a critical role in maintaining occupancy, controlling expenses, and delivering a high-quality resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff
• Oversee rent collections, accounts payable, budgets, and expense control
• Ensure units are market-ready, maintain curb appeal, and oversee work orders
• Execute marketing, outreach, and resident retention programs
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and company policies
• Process move-ins, recertifications, and resident files using Yardi

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience
• TAX CREDIT and HUD experience prefered.
• Prior Community Manager or Property Manager experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, budgets, and compliance
• Experience with Yardi property management software
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills

Requirements

• On-call availability
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Full-time position with weekend availability as needed

Experience:

• Property management: 3 years (Required)
