The successful candidate will have good customer service skills, solid technical skills and the ability to work in a team environment and/or independently. Other key traits include: ability to multi-task; quickly make sound decisions; demonstrate logical thought and good business sense; and display strong interpersonal skills.

The Property Manager duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure lease compliance pursuant to applicable regulatory agencies and CPO policy
- Conduct home inspections to establish and maintain a positive collaborative relationship with residents, while inspecting the unit for housekeeping issues or health and safety risks
- Conduct regular exterior property inspections and oversee maintenance of properties
- Maintain accurate and timely records, reports and files
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the portfolio
- Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with key community groups
- Provide support to help the team complete required tasks
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution
- Basic math and entry level accounting skills
- Customer service that supports CPO vision, mission and core values
- Appropriate leadership and management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 + years of property management experience
- Industry-related designations, e.g., HCCP, FHC, CAM, SHCM, etc.
Selected candidates will be subject to the following background checks:

- Drug Screen
- Credit Screen
- Motor History Screen
