Boxwood is a Nashville-based real estate company managing over 200 doors, with brokerage, vacation rentals, maintenance, and cleaning under one roof. This is not a paperwork job.
About the Position
Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, 30 doors to start. You are the decision-maker and the point of contact for the owners and tenants attached to those properties.
Attention to detail in leasing, tracking, and able to manage listings, clients, and tenants across our rental platform (Rentvine) and internal systems.
Great Communicator needed! You will be in communication with tenants, owners, vendors, and other Boxwood staff throughout the day to achieve short term and long term goals together. Boxwood has under 10 full time, payroll employees and operates as a team.
Basic Requirements
Wordprocessing and deciphering leases/contracts
Basic Knowledge of Excel
Availability for in person tenant meetings, vendor meetings, and staff meetings
Access to the internet and computer for WFH days
Mandatory
Must have a real estate license in the state of TN. Boxwood Properties is a full service brokerage, all managers are expected to assist owners and future clients with any aspect of their real estate portfolio.
