JOB SUMMARY:
The Department of Psychology seeks part-time instructors for fall semester 2026 and winter semester 2027 to teach one or more courses. Courses might include General Psychology (an introductory course for general education students), Psychological Disorders of Childhood and Adolescence (a junior and senior-level course for psychology majors and those in related fields), and Industrial/Organizational Psychology (a senior-level course for psychology majors). The expectation is for in-person, on-campus teaching and the ability to teach a broad spectrum of undergraduate students.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master of Science or Master of Arts degree in Psychology.
Experience and ability to positively interact with all members of the campus community.
* Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* College-level teaching experience. Relevant professional experience for the upper-level courses.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Duties are generally performed inside and not exposed to adverse conditions.
