This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview
- Full-time (3.5 days per week) within Monday – Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes: Lawrenceburg, Batesville, Greensburg, and Shelbyville, Indiana
Compensation and Benefits
- W2 position with full benefits

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Indiana license as LMHC or LMFT
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- 6 months – 1 year needed as a psychotherapist
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
