• Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 per year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Lead quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review audit findings and drive corrective action implementation.
• Ensure product integrity and adherence to quality standards.
• Partner with customers and business stakeholders to resolve quality concerns.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams.
• Support high-profile facility and capital improvement initiatives.
• Manage regulatory compliance matters involving products and ingredients.
• Maintain and oversee SDS/MSDS programs and documentation.
• Analyze quality trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Represent the organization during regulatory and government interactions.
• Present technical and scientific findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive root cause investigations and preventive action efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 6+ years of related Quality Assurance experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of related experience and 4+ years of management experience.
• Experience within food, beverage, CPG, ingredients, dairy, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in quality systems, audits, and compliance programs.
• Experience driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting product quality and food safety.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Experience interacting with regulatory agencies and external auditors preferred.
• Master's Degree preferred.
