ABOUT THE COMPANY
In a world with an ever-growing population with climate and sustainability challenges and with changing consumer demands, the global food industry is going through a profound transformation.
Did you know that 815 million people go to bed hungry every night. At the same time, 1/3 of all food being produced globally is wasted.
The Speria business is all about changing this. Not only to improve animal welfare, drive yield and sustainability for actors in the global food supply chain, but also to help to feed the world by enabling change in the way we farm and produce food.
Our contribution is to create a digital ecosystem including data capture platforms as connected controllers and IoT and sensors, that together with predictive AI and real-time monitoring allow farmers and growers to improve animal welfare and maximize production while minimizing waste and Co2 emissions – ensuring a transparent and sustainable food production for a growing population.
Speria – spearheading digitalization by providing innovative solutions enabling the green transition.

Senior Level QA Test Engineer Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a senior level qa test engineer job?
Employers at this level look for engineers who have moved beyond executing test plans to designing them from scratch, setting quality standards, and influencing how development teams ship software. Highlight experience owning test infrastructure, driving automation strategy, and mentoring junior engineers. A portfolio of measurable quality improvements and cross-functional collaboration carries more weight than certifications alone.
Which companies hire senior level qa test engineers?
Companies hiring senior level qa test engineers right now include Medpace, LTIMindtree, and Jobot, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level covers large technology firms, healthcare platforms, and financial services companies that rely on complex, high-stakes software systems requiring mature quality engineering leadership.
Are there remote senior level qa test engineer jobs?
Yes, remote and hybrid opportunities are widely available at the senior level. About 33% of senior level qa test engineer openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting strong employer confidence in experienced engineers who can lead quality efforts and collaborate with distributed teams without close supervision.
What makes a qa test engineer role senior level?
Senior level qa test engineer roles are defined by ownership and scope rather than task execution. Professionals at this stage design and govern the overall test strategy, build or lead automation frameworks, make architectural decisions about tooling, and mentor mid and junior engineers. They work directly with product and engineering leadership to define quality gates and release standards across entire product lines.
Which industries hire the most senior level qa test engineers?
Senior Level qa test engineer roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Healthcare & Medical Services, and Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors drive demand because their products require rigorous, continuously evolving quality systems, regulatory compliance, or high reliability standards that call for experienced engineers who can own quality outcomes end to end.
