What you´ll do
Classification responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analytical testing: raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, effluent water, and enzyme air monitoring
- Calculating and communicating batch adjustments
- Micro testing of in-process materials, finished product, and environmental (i.e. sanitization, water/ air)
- Support of plant operational departments to resolve quality issues and execute trials
- Creating computer data base spread sheets and computer generated graphs and advanced word formatting
- Utilizing SAP and electronic instrument control systems
- Provide expertise and input to document control process
- Maintaining/implementing, repairing/troubleshooting and calibrating/preventative maintenance of laboratory instrumentation, and scheduling recalibration and service
- Quality Projects
- Documenting analytical results and developing S.P.C. charts, summaries, and reports
- Managing product and material retains and standards
- Participate in non-conforming product process: material/finished good control, documentation, closure, etc.
- Tracking and ordering lab supplies, preparing reagents, and check solutions

- Must possess a bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field
- Must have experience on and be proficient with personal computers
- Must be able to communicate effectively in written and oral communications with co-workers and management
- Must be able to make arithmetic calculations
- This position will assist in filling gaps in accordance with Henkel Social Standard Policy
- May have good interpersonal and effective communication skills that will support a team culture

The hourly pay range for this role is $28.85 and $32.69. This range reflects the good-faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non-exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
