Start as an Administrative Assistant. Grow into Director of Operations.
Baldwin Home Group is a listing-focused real estate team at Keller Williams First Coast Realty, serving Nassau and Duval Counties. We're growing quickly, and we're hiring the person who will grow into running our operations.
This is not a dead-end assistant job. You'll work directly with the team owner and follow a written career path, with raises tied to milestones: Administrative Assistant in year 1, Operations Manager in year 2, Director of Operations in year 3 and beyond.
What you'll do
- Manage the owner's calendar and inbox and prepare listing appointment materials
- Launch new listings: paperwork, MLS entry, photography, signs, showings and marketing
- Send weekly activity updates to our sellers
- Build and maintain our CRM (KW Command)& Followup Boss: contacts, templates and automated follow-up
- Track pipeline and KPI data for weekly business reporting
- Coordinate with our transaction coordinator, vendors and team members
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BSBA or BBA), required
- Real estate experience strongly preferred, including internships or work at a brokerage, title company, lender or property manager
- Florida real estate license preferred. If you don't have one, we pay for your course and exam and you earn it within 1 year
- Organized, detail-driven and comfortable holding others to deadlines
- Quick with new software and strong with spreadsheets
- Wants a long-term career in business operations
Pay and benefits
- $50,000 base salary
- Paid real estate licensing
- Milestone-based raises on a defined career path
- Hybrid schedule, about 2-3 days a week in our Riverside area office
- Keller Williams training and coaching
