Entry Level Recruiting Coordinator Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level recruiting coordinator job?
Entry level recruiting coordinator roles look for candidates who can manage calendars, coordinate interviews, and communicate clearly with candidates and hiring managers. A background in HR coursework, administrative work, or a recruiting internship gives you a real edge. Highlight any experience with applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, or campus recruiting events, and tailor your resume to show attention to detail and follow-through.
Which companies hire entry level recruiting coordinators?
Companies hiring entry level recruiting coordinators right now include Paycom, Prime Healthcare Services, and Chimes, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level covers large enterprises with structured HR teams, staffing agencies building recruiting pipelines, and fast-growing companies that need coordinator support as they scale.
Are there remote entry level recruiting coordinator jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and team. About 46% of entry level recruiting coordinator openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, making this one of the more flexible entry points into HR. Many companies that run high-volume recruiting programs offer remote coordinator roles since the work centers on scheduling, communication, and applicant tracking systems.
Are these new grad recruiting coordinator jobs?
Yes, many of these openings are new grad and junior roles that explicitly welcome recent graduates with little or no professional experience. A new-grad-friendly posting typically lists zero to two years of experience as the requirement, accepts internships or campus involvement in lieu of full-time work, and values a portfolio of organized, detail-oriented projects. Junior and entry level titles are common for candidates entering HR for the first time.
Which industries hire the most entry level recruiting coordinators?
Entry Level recruiting coordinator roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services, Education, and Consulting & Professional Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors tend to run high-volume hiring programs that require dedicated coordinator support to keep candidate pipelines moving and interview schedules on track.
