Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Manager (仓长) and Deputy Warehouse Manager (副仓长), located in Florida, United States. The role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound goods handling, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment to support last-mile delivery services. The Warehouse Manager and Deputy Warehouse Manager coordinate staffing, work schedules, and task assignments to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations aligned with company standards. They monitor KPIs, optimize workflows, and collaborate with transportation, customer service, and corporate teams to resolve issues and improve service levels. The role also includes maintaining warehouse equipment, enforcing safety policies, supporting audits, and implementing process improvements driven by data and technology.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, including supervision of teams and daily process control.
- Strong skills in inventory management, order fulfillment, and workflow optimization within a fast-paced logistics or e-commerce environment.
- Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS), basic data analysis tools, and technology-enabled processes to support decision-making.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices for warehouse health, safety, and equipment handling.
- Effective leadership, team building, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to train, coach, and motivate diverse staff.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., Mandarin/Chinese and English) are a strong plus.
- Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site in Florida and adapt to operational demands, including peak seasons and changing business needs.
- Relevant experience in last-mile delivery, transportation, or distribution centers is preferred.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain.
