SUMMARY
As a Recruiting Coordinator on the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll manage candidate communication, schedule interviews, book travel, and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless, timely hiring experience. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized communicator who thrives on supporting recruiters, delighting candidates, and keeping processes efficient in a fast-paced, high-touch recruiting environment.
This position has a target wage of $23.00 - $34.25 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.
This position can be remote based.
PRINCIPAL ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including invoice processing, calendar management, and reporting.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders as appropriate.
- Utilize Concur to handle candidate travel bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Write, review, and send candidate offer letter packets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-boarding process, providing updates and answering inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the application tracking system (ATS).
- Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting initiatives, as requested.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, related field of study or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, related HR, or administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using application tracking systems and other HR software.
- SuccessFactors experience.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize competing demands.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
- May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
- Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
