Duties

• Implement evidence-based ABA therapy protocols tailored to each client’s personalized care plan.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and other self-care routines.
• Collect accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Support clients in developing communication skills through teaching techniques aligned with their developmental needs.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency across environments like home and school.
• Support behavior management strategies by applying positive reinforcement techniques and de-escalation methods.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification required
• One year of experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder in Oklahoma is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health principles, and behavior management techniques.
• Experience assisting with ADLs and implementing behavior intervention plans effectively.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards.
• Home-based behavioral experience supporting individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans while adhering to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
