What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes and other approved settings.
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
Celebrate milestones, encourage independence, and support positive behavior.
Collect session data and document progress to help guide each child's growth.
Partner with BCBAs and families to create a consistent, supportive therapy experience.
Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
