Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with autism
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills
- Implement behavior support strategies and interventions
- Accurately collect session data and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress and program updates
- Communicate professionally with caregivers
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and consistent attendance
· Lift up to 30lbs
· Sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children
· Get on and off the floor frequently
· Maintain an active pace throughout the day
· Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe
· Consistent attendance and punctuality
· Encourage skill development through play, movement, reading, interactive games, and hands-on activities
· Stay physically engaged throughout sessions to connect with and support each child
· Keep therapy areas safe, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, education, social work, or related field)
- RBT certification preferred (training provided if not yet certified)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
