The Commercial Strategy & Performance Analyst supports data-driven decision making across the Digital Oncology portfolio by delivering insights on product performance, pricing strategy, commercialization effectiveness, market opportunities, and business performance.

Qualifications

Required

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
• 2-3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Strategy, Business Operations, Product Management, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in:
  • Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/Macros, What-If Analysis)
  • Data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, SAP, QlikSense, QlikView)

Preferred

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or Analytics.
• Experience in healthcare IT, digital health, software, or SaaS businesses.
• Experience supporting forecasting, commercialization, business planning, or strategic decision-making.

Role Objective

The Commercial Strategy & Performance Analyst supports data-driven decision making across the Digital Oncology portfolio by delivering insights on product performance, pricing strategy, commercialization effectiveness, market opportunities, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Forecasting & Business Intelligence

• Support and maintain Digital Oncology commercial analytics, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities.
• Develop reporting tools, data models, dashboards, KPIs, and processes that support commercial planning and decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to collect, validate, and analyze forecast and actual performance data.
• Perform financial, customer, and operational analyses to generate actionable business insights.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, streamline data management, and expand self-service analytics capabilities while ensuring data integrity.

Commercial Strategy Analysis

• Support commercial strategy initiatives, including pricing optimization, monetization strategies, financial target-setting activities, and strategic programs.
• Conduct pricing, competitive, and product performance analyses to support commercial planning and go-to-market decisions.
• Support the development and maintenance of pricing, licensing, subscription, bundling, and discount frameworks.
• Deliver commercial performance reviews, identify risks and growth opportunities, and recommend strategic or operational improvements.

Market Research, Segmentation & Customer Insights

• Develop market segmentation frameworks and conduct market research and Voice of Customer activities to assess market opportunities.
• Translate customer and market insights into recommendations supporting product positioning, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies.

Country Readiness & Commercial Operations

• Coordinate country clearance activities and partner with Legal, Regulatory, Geographic Business Units, and Commercial teams to support market access strategies.
• Track and manage cross-functional activities required to support country readiness and product launch objectives.
• Support commercialization activities including pricebook maintenance, contract terms and conditions updates, and third-party vendor agreement coordination.

Preferred Experience

• Software pricing, packaging, licensing, and SaaS monetization strategy.
• Experience supporting portfolio planning, business operations, financial analysis, forecasting, and ROI assessment.
• Advanced business intelligence and visualization tools including Power BI, SAP, QlikSense, and QlikView.
• AI-enabled analytics automation and self-service reporting tools.
• Experience within healthcare IT, software, digital health, or technology industries.

The base pay range for this position is:

$115,980 - $159,478

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
