We are seeking a Regional Director of Workers’ Compensation Relations to build, strengthen, and enhance strategic partnerships with workers’ compensation accounts throughout Texas.
This is a relationship-focused role designed to engage with clients and partners at a high level, develop long-term account relationships, and serve as a trusted representative within the Texas workers’ compensation industry. The senior-level title reflects the importance of this position in supporting key relationships and facilitating higher-level business discussions.
The ideal candidate brings strong customer relationship and account management skills, a solid understanding of the workers’ compensation industry, and the ability to confidently interact with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with workers’ compensation accounts throughout Texas.
- Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and industry contacts.
- Serve as a senior-level point of contact for assigned accounts and relationships.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing partnerships and support account growth.
- Conduct regular client and partner meetings, including higher-level strategic discussions.
- Represent the organization professionally within the Texas workers’ compensation marketplace.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver on account objectives.
- Travel throughout Texas as needed to meet with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor account activity, relationship development, and productivity against established goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, account management, outside sales, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of the workers’ compensation industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely while managing relationships across a large geographic territory.
- Must be willing and able to travel throughout the state of Texas.
