Mango & Huber, CPAs, a full-service, boutique public accounting firm located in Springfield, NJ, provides a full spectrum of tax, accounting, audit, financial statement and consulting services to individuals and businesses. Due to continued growth, we're currently seeking hands-on, well-rounded self-starters with 3+ years of recent public accounting tax and audit experience to assist with tax, audit and accounting engagements for a diverse roster of privately held clients.
Responsibilities:
- Tax Services – Prepare individual, corporate, partnership and trust & estate tax returns
- Audit Services – Assist with audit engagements including preparation of financial statements, reviews and compilations
- Accounting Services – Lead engagements throughout all phases of accounting including tax research and projections, bookkeeping and consulting
- Client Services - Build client relationships and work collaboratively with clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of recent public accounting tax and audit experience
- CPA license is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service, and PC skills including MS Excel, QuickBooks and accounting software proficiency (Thomson Reuters UltraTax software proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to professionally lead engagements, effectively interact with clients and staff at all levels and juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Prior experience in the construction or real estate industries is a plus
