Tips for Your Remote Enterprise Sales Specialist Job Search
Apply early to remote roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists remote enterprise sales specialist openings from across the U.S. in one place, so you can find roles that match your experience and apply directly without sorting through unrelated listings.
Show your async communication skills upfront
Remote enterprise sales runs almost entirely through written channels. Include examples of proposal decks, executive-facing emails, or Slack-based deal updates in your application materials to prove you close deals without relying on in-person presence.
Highlight your remote sales tech fluency
Call out specific tools you use daily, such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or Zoom, in your resume and cover letter. Remote hiring managers screen for candidates who can run a full enterprise sales cycle through digital tools without needing a tech ramp-up.
Target remote-first companies specifically
Filter your search for companies that operate fully remotely rather than hybrid. Remote-first firms have built their sales infrastructure around distributed teams, which means faster onboarding, clearer async processes, and less friction for a remote enterprise sales specialist from day one.
Remote Enterprise Sales Specialist Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a remote enterprise sales specialist job?
Target remote-first software companies and distributed B2B technology teams, since they're the most active remote hirers for this role. Remote employers screen heavily for self-direction, clear written communication, and the ability to run a complex sales cycle without in-person support. Demonstrating CRM fluency, a structured pipeline management approach, and experience closing multi-stakeholder deals gives you a real edge over candidates who've only worked in office environments.
Which companies hire remote enterprise sales specialists?
Companies hiring remote enterprise sales specialists right now include Samsara, Abbott, and NTT DATA, based on current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Remote-first SaaS firms and distributed cloud and cybersecurity teams account for a large share of these openings, typically looking for specialists who can manage enterprise accounts and close deals entirely through digital channels.
Can you get a remote enterprise sales specialist job with no experience?
Yes, but remote entry-level enterprise sales roles are harder to land because employers expect you to work independently from day one without in-office coaching. Your strongest entry points are inside sales or SDR roles at remote-first companies, where you can demonstrate pipeline activity and quota attainment. Showing documented outreach results, proficiency with sales engagement tools, and strong async communication skills can substitute for years of experience.
Do you need a degree for remote enterprise sales specialist jobs?
Not always. Remote employers in enterprise sales weigh demonstrated results, CRM competency, and the ability to manage complex deal cycles far more than a specific degree field. A consistent record of quota attainment, familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies, and strong written communication skills carry more weight in remote hiring decisions than educational credentials alone.
Which industries hire the most remote enterprise sales specialists?
The sectors hiring the most remote enterprise sales specialists are Electronics & Hardware and Manufacturing, based on current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. These industries rely on distributed sales teams because their products and services are sold and delivered digitally, making remote enterprise sales specialists a natural fit for their go-to-market structure.
