Project Manager – Professional Services
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Professional Services team and lead enterprise customer implementation projects across Identity and Access Management (IAM), Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM), physical security, and access control solutions.
Prior hands-on project management experience with IAM, PIAM, identity governance, or enterprise identity/access management implementations is a MUST for this role. Candidates without relevant IAM/PIAM implementation experience will not be considered.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience in Professional Services or enterprise software implementations and has successfully managed complex, customer-facing identity and access management projects involving multiple systems, integrations, vendors, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise customer implementation projects from kickoff through configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
- Lead customer kickoff meetings, weekly status calls, project reviews, steering meetings, and escalations.
- Coordinate activities across customers, Professional Services, Engineering, Product, Support, Customer Success, and third-party vendors.
- Manage projects involving IAM, PIAM, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), access control systems, visitor management, and physical security platforms.
- Manage integrations between identity platforms, HR systems, directories, access control systems, APIs, SSO platforms, and other enterprise applications.
- Work with customers to understand business requirements, implementation scope, integration dependencies, and deployment timelines.
- Proactively identify project risks, technical dependencies, resource constraints, and potential schedule impacts.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage UAT, production readiness, go-live planning, and transition to Support and Customer Success.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, decisions, risks, and implementation records.
- Drive continuous improvement of Professional Services processes, project templates, and implementation methodologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within Professional Services, SaaS, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise software organizations.
- Demonstrated experience managing IAM, PIAM, IGA, identity lifecycle, or identity/access management implementation projects is REQUIRED.
- Strong understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), identity lifecycle management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, access requests, approvals, roles, entitlements, and access reviews.
- Experience working with one or more enterprise IAM/IGA platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, or similar platforms.
- Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, APIs, Active Directory/LDAP, HR systems, and enterprise application integrations.
- Experience managing integrations involving multiple enterprise systems and technical teams.
- Experience with PIAM, Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), visitor management, or physical security platforms is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with access control platforms such as LenelS2, Software House CCURE, Genetec, Honeywell, Gallagher, AMAG, Brivo, or similar systems is a strong plus.
- Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical dependencies and implementation issues into clear project plans and customer communications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong ownership, organizational, problem-solving, and escalation-management skills.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is a plus.
Preferred Background
Experience delivering enterprise implementations involving a combination of IAM/IGA + PIAM/PACS is especially valuable. Candidates who have worked for an IAM/IGA vendor, cybersecurity software company, identity consulting organization, systems integrator, or Professional Services organization are strongly preferred.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
