Key Responsibilities
- Qualify, approve, and develop suppliers in partnership with Sourcing and Engineering.
- Drive product and process qualification for complex components and assemblies.
- Review Manufacturing Process Plans, Product & Process Quality Plans, control plans, and inspection plans.
- Ensure CTQ, customer, and regulatory requirements are translated into supplier controls.
- Validate First Article Inspection (FAI) and ongoing product verification.
- Manage supplier deviations and nonconformances.
- Lead containment, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and recovery activities.
- Analyze Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and drive supplier improvement initiatives.
- Lead supplier quality system, product, and process audits.
- Partner with suppliers to implement robust FMEA and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Supplier Quality Engineering experience
- Experience with supplier qualification, audits, FAI, RCA, FMEA, and corrective actions
- Strong understanding of manufacturing quality processes and supplier performance management
