Foxlink is expanding its business by launching a new manufacturing facility in Dallas Texas. This factory will produce SMT (Surface‐Mount Technology) electronic products. We are an essential manufacturer supporting a wide range of industries, including communications, computing, and consumer electronics, while delivering the latest technologies to customers worldwide.

Open Roles & Responsibilities

1) Quality Engineer

• Develop New Product Quality Plans (NPQP) and establish quality control and inspection criteria for new product introductions (NPI).
• Create product appearance specifications and collaborate with Engineering and Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) to define incoming material quality requirements.
• Review, validate, and inspect engineering and customer samples in coordination with Development, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Plan and execute product reliability validation activities, analyze test results, and evaluate product reliability performance.
• Investigate process and inspection nonconformities, verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive process standardization and continuous improvement.

2) Quality Control Engineer

• Schedule and coordinate daily IPQC and FQC inspection activities.
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) for each manufacturing process and new production setup.
• Conduct IPQC and FQC inspections for new NPI models to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Issue, monitor, and close Process Quality Nonconformance Reports (NCR), ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit customer-required quality documentation, including Statements/Certificates of Conformance (SCOC/COC), CPK reports, FAI reports, and other shipment quality documents.

3) Quality System Engineer

• Manage and continuously improve Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including ISO, ESD, EHS, and RBA documentation.
• Support internal and external audits related to QMS, ESD, EHS, CSR, and 5S programs, ensuring timely responses and corrective actions.
• Control the issuance, distribution, revision, and retrieval of temporary controlled documents.
• Maintain document control within the PLM system, including verification, approval routing, and cross-functional document tracking.
• Collect, review, audit, and maintain Hazardous Substance Free (HSF) compliance documentation for all product models.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment; electronics or SMT experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, 8D, CAPA, and AQL.
• Familiarity with First Article Inspection (FAI), IPQC, FQC, incoming inspection, and customer quality documentation (e.g., COC/SCOC, CPK reports).
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems; experience with ESD, EHS, RBA, HSF, and PLM document control is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP, MES, or quality management systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions.
• Willing to work assigned shifts, including evening or night shifts, as required by business needs.
