Licensed Real Estate Operations Coordinator
Be the Broker’s right hand - learn the business from the inside out.
About Us
Elite Realty Alliance is a full-service real estate company servicing the greater DFW Metroplex, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and Lubbock markets. We specialize in residential sales, leasing, and land services with “out of the box” creative financing and negotiating options! We currently have a database of over 12,000 customers, a Facebook group with over 26,000 members, and a variety of real estate, non-traditional, niche-based services we offer.
About the Role
We are hiring a reliable, FULL-TIME Licensed Real Estate Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our brokerage and the right hand to the Broker/Owner. This is the ideal role for a brand-new agent, soon-to-be-licensed agent, or newer agent who wants to be led, mentored, and trained — someone who thrives in a support and operations capacity rather than chasing sales. You will work side-by-side with the Broker, learning the business from the inside out while keeping operations running smoothly. You will have no problem rolling up your sleeves for sales-related tasks when and where needed, always with guidance and training. If you are organized, dependable, eager to grow, and energized by helping a team succeed, this role was built for you.
What this role is not: This is not a role for an agent looking to build an independent book of business or work primarily in sales. Your focus is operations, coordination, and support.
Position Structure: This role begins as a 90-day 1099 contractor (probationary period) and transitions to a full-time W-2 position upon successful completion. It is designed to grow with the company, with increasing responsibility, advancement, and earning potential over time.
Our Mission: Elite Realty Alliance is a mission-driven brokerage committed to expanding access to housing for clients of all backgrounds, including those navigating non-traditional and historically underserved pathways to homeownership. We serve a richly diverse clientele, and we are looking for team members who share our commitment to treating every client with dignity, respect, and cultural awareness.
Who We Are Looking For
Ideal candidates will:
- Hold an active Texas Real Estate License (or be close to licensing) and be willing to hang it with Elite Realty Alliance
- Want to work independently, yet collaboratively and have an eagerness to learn
- Thrive in a support/ operations role rather than sales
- Be operations-minded and energized by behind-the-scenes work that keeps a team running
- Be highly organized with strong attention to deadlines and detail
- Be tech-comfortable and accurate with systems and data entry (CRM, transaction software, spreadsheets)
- Be a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes work off the Broker’s plate
- Be culturally competent and able to support a diverse clientele with empathy, respect, and professionalism
- Be committed to Fair Housing principles and equal, non-discriminatory service for every client
- Be customer-oriented, delivering 5-Star client experiences
- Be reliable and timely, with a stellar work ethic
- Be confident and clear on the phone, with friendly, energetic communication
- Be a great communicator — written and oral — and an exceptional active listener
- Take thorough notes and keep the CRM current
- Be professional in appearance and demeanor
- Be willing to undergo a background check and sign a non-solicitation agreement
What You Will Do
The Licensed Real Estate Operations Coordinator will:
- Act as right hand to the Broker/Owner managing brokerage services, calendar, inbox, and daily priorities to protect her time
- Provide transaction coordination from contract to close, tracking deadlines, documents, and compliance
- Keep operations running smoothly by building and maintaining systems, checklists, and workflows
- Manage lead follow-up and keep the CRM accurate and current
- Handle data entry, file management, and back-office administration
- Manage marketing and listings (MLS entry, online postings, social content)
- Serve as a liaison with clients and vendors (Realtors, Property Management Companies, Investors, and Property Owners)
- Schedule and conduct showings as needed to support operations
- Prioritize tasks and effectively manage work time
- Perform other administrative and brokerage-support tasks as needed
What We Offer
- Weekly Base Pay from day one - steady, dependable income while you learn and grow
- Commissions and per-transaction bonus structure earned after successful completion of the 90-Day Probationary Period, so you share directly in the success you help create
- Contract-to-Hire Path: 90-Day 1099 transitioning to Full-Time W-2
- Hands-on mentorship and training directly from the Broker/Owner
- A role designed to grow with the company, with increasing responsibility and earning potential
- Clear advancement opportunities
- The chance to be a key player on a mission-driven, fast-growing team
- Flexible schedule with full-time availability
Job Types: Contract-to-Hire (90-Day 1099 → W-2), Full-Time

Tips for Your Remote Real Estate Development Job Search
Demonstrate async communication in your application
Remote real estate development teams run on written updates, shared financial models, and clear deal memos. Show samples of investment memos, project summaries, or underwriting write-ups that prove you can communicate complex deals without a whiteboard or in-person meeting.
Apply early to remote roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists remote real estate development openings from across the U.S. in one place, so you can find roles that match your experience and apply directly without sifting through listings that require relocation.
Highlight remote-ready tools in your resume
Remote employers want developers fluent in Argus, Excel-based underwriting models, and cloud-based project management platforms. Name these tools explicitly in your resume rather than grouping them under general software skills so hiring managers spot your remote readiness fast.
Build a deal portfolio you can share digitally
Assemble a concise digital portfolio of deals you've underwritten, developed, or analyzed, including financial models and project timelines. Remote interviews often involve reviewing your work asynchronously before a live call, so having materials ready to share gives you a concrete edge.
Prepare for virtual deal-review interviews
Remote real estate development interviews frequently include a screen-share of a model or a take-home underwriting exercise. Practice walking through a deal analysis on video, explaining your assumptions out loud, and handling follow-up questions on market comps without relying on printed materials.
Remote Real Estate Development Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a remote real estate development job?
Target remote-first real estate firms, proptech companies, and distributed investment platforms, as these employers are most likely to hire developers without requiring on-site presence. Remote employers screen hard for self-direction, clear written communication, and demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, Argus, and deal management software. Candidates who show a history of closing deals or managing projects independently, and who can articulate their workflow without supervision, stand out most.
Which companies hire remote real estate developments?
Remote real estate development roles are posted by Farmers Insurance, Selective Insurance, and EVgo and others right now, based on current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. These tend to be remote-first investment firms, proptech platforms, and distributed real estate private equity teams operating across multiple markets.
Can you get a remote real estate development job with no experience?
Yes, but remote entry roles are harder to land because employers expect you to work independently from day one without in-person mentorship. Your best paths in are virtual internships with remote-first real estate firms, personal deal analysis projects you can share, and proficiency in Argus or Excel-based underwriting models. Showing you can manage your own time and communicate findings clearly in writing compensates for limited direct experience.
Do you need a degree for remote real estate development jobs?
Not always. Remote employers weigh demonstrated deal experience, financial modeling skills, and a portfolio of completed or analyzed projects heavily alongside or instead of a formal degree. Certifications in real estate finance, a strong grasp of underwriting fundamentals, and evidence of closed transactions or managed projects can carry significant weight when applying to remote roles.
Which industries hire the most remote real estate developments?
Most remote real estate development openings sit in Insurance, Construction & Real Estate, and Technology & Software, per current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. These sectors rely on distributed teams that coordinate acquisitions, asset management, and development pipelines across multiple markets without requiring developers to be on-site.
