Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their life insurance and help set up their plan
- Build lasting customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and follow-up.
- Promote upselling opportunities by identifying additional products or services that benefit the customer.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and schedules to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail store sales, customer service roles, or insurance
- Familiarity with pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and client relationship building.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively both face-to-face on Zoom and over the phone.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, and client accounts efficiently.
