Your Journey to Leadership:
Phase 1: Building the Foundation (Months 1–3)
- Master Sales Excellence: Continue delivering exceptional results while developing expertise across our insurance solutions.
- Embody Leadership: Model our core values and cultivate trust within your team.
- Develop Skills: Gain insights through leadership readings and personalized development plans.
- Contribute to Team Growth: Help others succeed by sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.
Phase 2: Leadership in Action (Months 4–6)
- Step Into Leadership: Begin shadowing and contributing to management-level tasks in Month 4.
- Hands-On Experience: Co-lead the team with coaching from our current leadership in Month 5.
- Take the Lead: Transition into your full-time Sales Manager role in Month 6 with ongoing mentorship.
