How do I get a research coordinator job in Dallas?
Target Dallas's dense clinical and academic research ecosystem first. UT Southwestern Medical Center, Parkland Health, and Children's Health anchor a Medical District corridor that consistently posts coordinator openings, and the surrounding life sciences and biotech firms in the Southwestern Medical District add more. Candidates with clinical trial experience, IRB familiarity, or a background in public health have a clear edge over general applicants in this market.
Which companies hire research coordinators in Dallas?

Dallas draws a mix of large academic medical centers, regional health systems, pharmaceutical companies, and contract research organizations, all of which staff coordinator roles at multiple levels.
Are there remote research coordinator jobs in Dallas?
Yes, though availability depends heavily on the role type. Hands-on clinical and lab-based coordinator positions almost always require on-site presence, while data coordination, survey research, and administrative protocol roles are far more remote-friendly. About 0% of research coordinator openings tied to Dallas are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with the remote share concentrated in health services research and non-laboratory academic positions.
How can I get a research coordinator job in Dallas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Dallas is through a research assistant or clinical trials assistant role at one of the Medical District institutions, which regularly hire early-career candidates.
