What You’ll Do (aka your GM superpowers)

• Be the fearless leader of the FOH & BOH crew, hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, coaching, the whole shebang
• Keep service standards sky-high and guest experiences legendary
• Manage labor, food, beverage, and expenses like a financial wizard
• Jump into marketing, advertising, and community partnerships that get butts in seats (and slices in hands)
• Own inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships, no surprises on your watch
• Keep the restaurant safe, secure, and health-code compliant (because no one likes a citation)
• Maintain the restaurant like your own, clean, functional, and always guest-ready
• Collaborate with HR on staffing, benefits, and team development (yep, you’ll be a people whisperer too)
• Mentor and grow your managers, because leaders don’t just lead, they build more leaders

Schedule & Expectations

• High-volume, high-energy environment (bring your A-game every day)
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and hustle through 8–12 hour shifts

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1–2 years of full-service management experience (bonus if it’s pizza, but we’ll take all-star talent from anywhere)
• Guest-obsessed, service-driven leader who thrives under pressure
• Tech savvy with systems like Aloha/NCR, R365, Google Suite, and OpenTable
• Financially sharp, you know how to read a report and make the right moves
• High-energy, resilient, and ready to take on the challenge of running a restaurant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
