Duties
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain quality standards and comply with safety regulations
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Control inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and manage food production to minimize waste and optimize costs
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health regulations across all areas of the restaurant
- Handle shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction
- Conduct staff training sessions focusing on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and leadership
Experience
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management
- Demonstrated success in supervising hospitality teams with excellent managerial communication skills
- Experience with POS systems; familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Background in food safety management, inventory control, and food production processes
- Prior experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable
