Entry Level Revenue Cycle Analyst Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level revenue cycle analyst job?
Focus on coursework or certifications in medical billing, coding, or health information management, since employers hiring at this level value demonstrated knowledge over years of experience. Internships or part-time work in a hospital billing department or physician practice give you a concrete edge. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and insurance claim workflows, even from academic projects, strengthens your application significantly.
Which companies hire entry level revenue cycle analysts?
Companies hiring entry level revenue cycle analysts right now include Providence, CVS Health, and UNC Health, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Hiring at this level comes primarily from health systems, physician groups, hospital management companies, and revenue cycle outsourcing firms that routinely onboard and train junior candidates.
Are there remote entry level revenue cycle analyst jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and role type. About 59% of entry level revenue cycle analyst openings are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, with fully remote positions most common at larger health systems and revenue cycle management companies that have established distributed training programs for new hires.
Are these new grad revenue cycle analyst jobs?
Yes, the listings on this page include new grad, recent graduate, and junior revenue cycle analyst roles. A posting is new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, counts internships or externships toward the requirement, or explicitly accepts a portfolio of coursework and certifications in place of full-time work history.
Which industries hire the most entry level revenue cycle analysts?
Entry Level revenue cycle analyst roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services, Agriculture & Farming, and Distribution & Wholesale, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. These sectors drive entry level hiring because high patient and claims volume creates consistent demand for candidates who can be trained on billing workflows, denial management, and payer compliance from the ground up.
