What You’ll Do
As a Field Marketing & Lead Generation Representative, you’ll be the front line of our brand and play a key role in driving new business.
- Generate leads through face-to-face interactions, phone outreach, and social media
- Perform in-field marketing in neighborhoods near current and past projects
- Identify potential storm-related damage and educate homeowners on available services
- Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants
- Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and improve results
- Represent Porter Roofing & Restoration with professionalism, integrity, and confidence
- Learn, grow, and take advantage of advancement opportunities within the company
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to travel locally
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Good time management and organization
- Customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Ability to handle objections and stay positive
- Optimistic, driven mindset with a strong work ethic
