Tri County Roofing and Construction is looking for a motivated and dependable Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team in Central Mississippi.

We specialize in residential and commercial roofing, roof repairs, seamless gutters, and exterior improvements. We have built our business around quality workmanship, honest communication, and exceptional customer service.

This is an active sales position, not an order-taking role. While we provide qualified leads and sales opportunities, we are looking for someone who takes initiative to generate their own business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building. Successful candidates must be self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and willing to put in the effort necessary to build a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
• Respond to company-provided leads and conduct appointments with potential customers.
• Perform roof inspections and identify damage, deterioration, and roofing concerns.
• Take measurements, document findings, and prepare accurate estimates.
• Present roofing solutions and proposals to homeowners and property owners.
• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
• Educate homeowners on roofing materials, replacement options, and the insurance claims process when applicable.
• Maintain accurate customer information, inspection photos, and sales activities using company software.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation.
• Build relationships that generate repeat business and customer referrals.
• Meet established sales goals and performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; roofing or construction experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Ability to learn roofing systems, products, and estimating procedures.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
