Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Store Sales Manager to lead our retail team. This role is responsible for daily store operations, increasing sales, managing employees, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support store employees.
• Create schedules and manage daily shifts.
• Develop strategies to meet store sales goals.
• Manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, payroll, and basic bookkeeping.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring new employees.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory levels.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory, merchandising, and pricing.
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, payroll, and bookkeeping.
• Ability to train employees and manage a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
