Sales Consultant Jobs in Phoenix: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a sales consultant job in Phoenix?
Focus your search on Phoenix's highest-hiring sectors: real estate, fintech, SaaS, medical devices, and insurance. Roles concentrate in the Camelback Corridor, Tempe, Scottsdale, and North Phoenix near the Loop 101 tech corridor. Candidates who stand out locally tend to have experience with consultative selling, CRM platforms, and a demonstrated ability to close in competitive markets. Networking through local business groups and industry associations in the Valley also accelerates hiring timelines.
Which companies hire sales consultants in Phoenix?
Phoenix sales consultant roles are posted by AT&T, Bayer, and Pella and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Phoenix attracts a mix of national insurers, regional banks, SaaS firms, and real estate brokerages, all of which maintain active sales teams in the metro area.
Are there remote sales consultant jobs in Phoenix?
Yes, though availability depends on the role type: inside sales and software-focused consultant positions are far more remote-friendly than roles in real estate, medical devices, or retail. About 36% of sales consultant openings tied to Phoenix are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting broader flexibility in tech and financial services hiring. Fully remote opportunities are most common among SaaS and insurance employers with Phoenix-based teams.
How can I get a sales consultant job in Phoenix with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Phoenix is through business-to-consumer roles at insurance carriers, real estate agencies, and wireless or home services providers, all of which hire entry-level candidates and provide structured training. Lateral moves from retail or hospitality are common and well-regarded locally. Pursuing a sales development representative role at one of Phoenix's growing SaaS companies is another strong option, as many promote from within. Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot gives entry-level candidates a concrete advantage in interviews.
Which industries hire the most sales consultants in Phoenix?
Phoenix sales consultant roles concentrate in Retail, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Phoenix's rapid population growth, its status as a regional financial hub, and the continued expansion of its technology and healthcare sectors all sustain consistent demand for sales talent across those industries.
